Use:
This machine is a reciprocating automatic cotton picking machine. It is suitable for processing various grades of raw cotton or chemical fiber with a length of less than 76mm. It is the first process of the opening and cleaning combined machine or the blowing and carding combination. The intermittent descending cotton picking beater The turret and the trolley move back and forth to grab the cotton bales in sequence, and then send them to the next machine through the cotton conveying fan and pipeline.
Features:
1. The whole machine adopts PLC control, multi-motor transmission and is equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation (7 motors). It can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain range according to process requirements. The whole machine automatically detects and realizes fully automatic cotton grabbing.
2. Cotton bales can be stacked on both sides of the cotton picking machine, and can handle up to 3 groups of cotton bales of different heights and densities. The grab arm can rotate 180° automatically or manually, meeting the needs of multi-variety production.
3. The double-serrated beater is used to achieve the requirements of fine cotton grabbing, including full and even grasping.
